Co-Owner & Finance Director
Buck Myers
Buck Myers, co-owner of DRIVE Dealer Solutions LLC, started his automotive career in the early 1980's as a salesman in Seattle, WA. After distinguishing himself as a top producing sales professional, he was promoted in 1985 to crew chief and in 1987 to Finance Manager. Over the last 30 years he has been in key leadership positions for some of the largest dealers in Washington State.
His roles have included Finance Director, General Sales Manager and General Manager. He is recognized for his ability to train and motivate finance and sales managers to exacting standards that maximize sales volume and profit, as well as increase customer retention and satisfaction.
Now Mr. Myers is using his three decades of automotive management experience to help dealers to develop excellence in personnel, profits and customer loyalty.

Bob Twiss
Bob Twiss, co-owner of DRIVE Dealer Solutions, has been working with Western Washington automobile dealerships since the late '80s. Starting as a buyer with First Interstate Bank's dealer banking department, he worked his way up to Dealer Center Manager for First Interstate Bank — Washington's highest-volume indirect auto lender of any bank in the mid-1990s.
In 1995, when Wells Fargo purchased First Interstate Bank, Bob joined Payment Insured Plan and shifted from providing indirect loans for Washington's dealers to providing F&I products and training.
In 2006, Bob left PIPI and started his own agency. Several years later, he and Buck Myers merged their two agencies — one (Buck) built on 30 years working at Washington's dealerships, and one (Bob) built on 30 years working with them.

Robert Vann
Robert Vann has been with DRIVE Dealer Solutions since 2021 and serves as the company's Sales Manager. Robert sold cars during the summers of his collegiate years (Go Zags!) in the late '80s at Beaverton Toyota.
After college, Robert spent 13 years in dealer banking in the greater Seattle area with First Interstate Bank, Arcadia Financial, and Marquette Auto Finance.
In 2001, Robert left dealer banking and purchased a shipping business in Issaquah. He owned and operated the Mail Clinic for 20 years before selling the business and joining DRIVE Dealer Solutions.
